• All payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies listed on the booking platform used to complete your reservation.

• Respect quiet hours and neighborhood guidelines

• Comply with local laws and regulations

• Leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure
   

4. Amenities & Third-Party Services

• Cove & Coast is not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of amenities.

• Any third-party services (massage therapy, private chefs, excursions) are arranged directly with vendors. We do not guarantee vendor availability and assume no liability for their services.
